Patrick Harrington graduated from Oxford University in 1988 with a first class mathematics degree. He joined M&G as a trainee on the UK desk, taking his first fund management responsibilities in 1989. At M&G Patrick managed a number of high-yielding equity portfolios including M&G Dividend Fund and M&G Charifund. At the end of 2001 he moved to Henderson Global Investors to manage their UK retail equity income products. Patrick joined OLIM in 2005 and has management responsibility for the Charity Value and Income Fund.
