We invest as set out at 'What's different about OLIM'. The funds offer different income yields and are open to different types of client. For example, The Charity Value and Income Fund is only available to registered charities.

Across the range of our funds we seek to produce higher than average income portfolios by concentrating on between 30 and 40 investments in individual companies. Value and Income Trust plc, with its mix of holdings in property and equities is more broadly invested, but its equity holdings are managed in line with our broad principles. The CF OLIM UK Equity Trust offers private investors our approach to investing in UK equities for amounts greater than £1000.
