CF OLIM UK Equity Trust pursues our unconstrained investment strategy - a broad spread of investments in good quality, undervalued companies. We believe generating a healthy and growing income is a key part of our successful approach. The trust has an above average yield and is listed in the IMA UK Equity Income Sector. The fund has no initial charge and no exit or redemption penalties. The annual management charge to the trust is 1.5%, falling to 1.25% on assets above £10m. Unlike many other unit trusts and OEICs, this includes all normal running expenses.
