Charity Value and Income Fund

The  Charity Value and Income Fund invests in UK equities with a target yield 33% higher than the FTSE All Share Index.

The fund is lead managed by Patrick Harrington, supported by the OLIM team, all of whom have long experience managing charity assets. Patrick has an impressive record of outperformance, including successfully managing the largest high-yielding UK equity charity fund. The fund intends to have an attractive initial income which OLIM aims to grow in real terms, helping charities fund their commitments, which are likely to grow with inflation. Full exposure to equities should ensure charities' assets grow over the long-term.

The portfolios we construct at OLIM, although focused by number of stocks, aim to be less concentrated than the FTSE All Share Index by spreading the investments more widely by industry. As all charitable portfolios at OLIM are managed with a premium yield to the market we have many years experience of investing for income in the UK stock market. The annual management charge is 0.5% in line with our segregated portfolios. Investments can be made in the fund in income or accumulation units. Income will be paid out quarterly on the income units. Income earned for accumulation unit holders is rolled up into the accumulation unit price. The minimum investment is £1,000.
