Our Common Investment Fund aims to provide charities with attractive long-term capital and income returns by investing in UK equities. With a minimum investment of £1000 it is available to most charities.

The fund offers charities:

- A high starting yield targeted to be 33% higher than that available from companies in the FTSE All Share Index.
- The long term growth benefits for capital and income of pursuing a high yield investment strategy.
